The lease is considered as concluded when the applicant is in possession of the receipt of the deposit (30% of the lease to be sent, as appropriate, by telegraphic postal order) received by the Agency.

The balance of the agreed fee will be paid on delivery of the apartment. Payment will be accepted only in cash, travel vouchers or checks guaranteed by credit card.

If the applicant is forced to cancel the rental contract, he must give notice at least 8 (eight) weeks before arrival.In case of lease termination notice, the tenant must pay the rental fee. As soon as a new tenant is found by the Agency, the latter will refund the former tenant with the total amount minus 20% and any other expenses the Agency has come across.

Tenants may enter the premises between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. on arrival day and vacate dwelling by 10.00 am on departure day. Tenants shall keep the premises in good conditions and vacate them in perfect order and tidiness. Apartment deliveries between 7.00 p.m. and 09.00 a.m. must be agreed with the Agency.

On arrival the tenant shall check-in at our office to settle the rental account and hand ID cards of all fellow tenants in order to allow registration.

The premises are completely furnished and equipped with stove or gas cooker, hot and cold water, electricity 220V.

The tenant shall have the utmost care in the use of furniture and domestic appliances (dishes, refrigerator, gas, boiler, etc.). Complaints regarding the status of the apartment and the inventory will be accepted within 24 hours of arrival, and then any damaged or broken items must be paid according to price list.

The use of personal stoves and electric stoves is forbidden.

The apartments must be vacated in perfect order and tidiness, otherwise the tenant will be charged the cleaning cost of € 51, 65 (fiftyone/65) for real estate units, performed by clean-up qualified staff.

The Agency only acts as Begonia Sole agent for the owner of the property and therefore, the tenant shall not pay anything as commission. The parties acknowledge that the lease is only between the property owner and the tenant.

In case of unexpected events in the allocation of the apartment, the Agency retains the right to replace it with another.
